Get started in three steps

STEP 01

Create your account

Sign up on tunitag.com or straight in the app. The same account works on the website and in TuniTag Drive.

STEP 02

Add your car

Pick your brand, model, year and engine. Add a photo and a plate, and your whole cockpit is ready. Up to three cars.

STEP 03

Start logging

Record fuel and services, store your documents in the glovebox, and let the Smart Advisor tell you what is coming up next.

Premium comes from a Smart Key

TuniTag is not a subscription. There is nothing to renew monthly and nothing to cancel. Premium features are unlocked by owning a physical TuniTag Smart Key — an NFC card you order from our shop and link once to your account.

Common questions

Is TuniTag a subscription?

No. There is no subscription and no in-app purchase. Premium access comes from a TuniTag Smart Key, a physical NFC card you buy once from our shop. There is nothing to cancel.

Do I have to buy a Smart Key to use the app?

No. The app is free and fully usable without a card — your garage, fuel logs, service history and glovebox all work. A Smart Key adds the premium layer on top.

When does my twelve months begin?

The moment you link the card in the app (Settings → Account), not on the day you ordered it. If the card sits in a drawer for a month, you lose nothing.

Where are my records kept?

Your fuel, service and care logs and your document photos stay on your phone. Your cars, expiry dates and Smart Key permissions sync to your TuniTag account so a new phone restores them.

Which BMW models are covered?

BMW, across every generation the app covers — from the classics through to the current models. If you are not sure which generation you have, tell us the model and we will confirm before you buy anything.
