1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Tunitag Drive (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you no longer wish to use the App, you may use the Delete account button in Settings. This permanently removes your name and email from Tunitag website servers, deletes all data stored on your device (garage, documents, photos, and preferences), and signs you out.
2. The service
Tunitag Drive is a companion app for Tunitag account holders. It helps you track vehicles, maintenance and fuel logs, administrative dates, optional document photos (Digital Glovebox), parking helpers, automated health summaries (Intelligence Hub), and tips (Smart Advisor).
During our launch period, registered users may access the full in-app feature set at no charge, with one personal vehicle slot plus the demo vehicle.
3. Not professional advice
Reminders, scores, spend totals, and in-app messages are informational only. They do not replace a qualified mechanic, insurer, lawyer, or government authority. You remain solely responsible for roadworthiness, compliance with local law, and verification of dates and amounts on official documents.
4. AI Advisor, Intelligence Hub & automated analysis
The “Smart Advisor” and “Intelligence Hub” features provide automated, generic maintenance suggestions derived from data you enter. They do not constitute professional mechanical, safety, or legal advice. Tunitag does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any automated response. Users must verify all maintenance advice with an authorized mechanic. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tunitag shall not be liable for any vehicular damage, mechanical failure, or financial loss resulting from reliance on those suggestions.
Analysis is performed by on-device rules applied to your stored logs, not by an open-ended third-party chat service.
5. Trademarks & brand logos
Tunitag displays certain third-party corporate logos (such as fuel stations, motor oil brands, and tyre brands) solely for nominative utility and identification purposes to assist users in logging vehicle maintenance. Tunitag displays vehicle manufacturer names and artwork to identify catalog vehicles you add to your garage.
Tunitag is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer, fuel provider, oil brand, or government body whose names or marks appear in the App. All trademarks remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.
6. Third-party links & government services
The App may open your device browser to official government payment platforms (for example Tunisian portals for circulation tax or traffic fines) for your convenience. Tunitag does not operate, monitor, or control those websites. We are not responsible for their security, availability, accuracy, fees, or any transactions you complete there. You use third-party sites at your own risk and subject to their terms.
7. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your Tunitag credentials and your device. Manage passwords and personal details on the Tunitag website. You must provide accurate information and not impersonate others.
8. Digital Glovebox & device security
The Digital Glovebox lets you store images of registration, insurance, and other papers on your device. Tunitag does not collect, upload, store, or view those document images on Tunitag website servers. Access to previews may require your device’s native biometric authentication (Face ID / fingerprint) or device PIN; that process is handled by your operating system.
You are responsible for the physical security of your device, for maintaining separate backups of important documents, and for any disclosure if your device is lost, unlocked, or compromised.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access to Tunitag systems, interfere with other users, scrape or reverse-engineer the App except where law allows, or use the App for unlawful purposes.
10. Changes
Tunitag may modify features or these Terms. Continued use after notice or publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tunitag and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data on your device, arising from use of the App or reliance on in-app information. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid Tunitag for the App or related services in the twelve months before the claim, or zero during a free early-access period.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum allowed by law.
12. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Tunitag’s operating entity as stated on the Tunitag website, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For commercial and account support, use the contact options published on the Tunitag website.
